You may drop off your laptop at our service center in Easton, Pennsylvania - Monday thru Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Shipping Your Laptop

We recommend shipping through USPS or FedEx as the cost for the shipping is only around $10 if you use your own packaging. USPS and FedEx both provide packaging for a small fee that is adequate for shipping your laptop from anywhere in the continental United States.

Please notify us via e-mail before shipping your computer.
Also please DO NOT forget to include the Laptop Service Form with your packaged.

NOTE: If available, insure your package, it is only a few dollars! All packages should have adequate packaging to survive the trip. 99.7% of laptops make it here just fine but not packaging it in some bubble wrap, foam or peanuts may incure more damages.
