If you decide not to fix your laptop after it has been diagnosed it will be returned in the original condition. We do promise to offer competitively priced parts and honestly diagnose your system.
Dropping Off Your Laptop
You may drop off your laptop Monday thru Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Please call us at (484) 224-1493 to schedule a drop off time.
Shipping Your Laptop
If you use your own packaging, shipping a laptop here via ground service is often only $10. Also, the UPS store & FedEx provide pakaging for a small fee. Please fill out and include the form linked below along with your laptop..
NOTE: If available, insure your package, it is only a few dollars. All packages should have adequate packaging to survive the trip. 99.7% of laptops make it here just fine but not packaging it in some bubble wrap, foam or peanuts may incure more damages
